We’ve made it easy for you to train multiple support agents and monitor the training status directly in your support inbox. We’ve also improved the UX so you know which support agents are currently trained and active, your subscription status, and a direct connection between your support inbox and your training dashboard.

How Does It Work?

  1. Visit your training dashboard directly from your support inbox by clicking on the Addy AI status indicator icon.

  2. A pop-up will appear that includes a link to “Open Addy AI Dashboard”

  3. Once you’re in the dashboard, you can train your customer support agent by following our step-by-step guide.

  4. After training is complete, head over to your support inbox, and click the Addy AI status indicator icon.

  5. You can monitor the training status directly and see which trained support agents are currently active.
